This Introduction to Transformational Breath is a chance to learn about this cutting edge modality by trying it. Unlock physical and mental health and well-being. If you are new to this form of conscious breathing and interested in the benefits, or if you want to top up your practice with hands on facilitation from experienced practitioners, this afternoon workshop is for you. And there’s a linked workshop coming up on the 25th to really embed the practice.
Val Jenner is leading this workshop supported by Dharmada and Birmingham’s new intern Anna. They will make you feel welcome to this Introduction to Transformational Breath, analyse your breathing pattern and in an hour-long breathing session coach you to open up your whole respiratory system, to focus on your goals and release negative scripts. And of course to relax. It is Sunday afternoon after all, but it’s a Sunday afternoon where you could begin to transform your life!
By learning to breathe more efficiently, you will find you have more energy and vitality. And the key to this is to open and strengthen your diaphragm – the biggest muscle of inspiration in the body. During a session, you are effectively giving yourself ‘an internal massage’ efficiently clearing toxins, stimulating the immune system and enabling the efficient exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body. The conscious breath pattern also enables the clearing of old emotional memories that may have been in your body a long time, even from birth. Once a balance between your mind and body is achieved you may experience the opening or deepening of your spiritual awareness towards the end of the session.
