Go deeper with Transformational Breath in this afternoon workshop. Reduce anxiety, relax and learn to trust yourself. This workshop will allow you to build on the experience of an Introduction. It’s also suitable for complete beginners and those more experienced in conscious breathing. The workshop will focus on what we want more of in our lives and how that feels in the body. We will practise how to allow the breathing process to connect with the history we hold in muscle memory and at a cellular level, while staying gently focussed on our intentions.
This is another chance to be introduced to the modality, and to go deeper with Transformational Breath. Whether you have just started your journey with the breath, or you want to simply come and enjoy a supportive breathing community on a summer Sunday afternoon, this is for you. All are welcome. Led again by Valerie Jenner, supported by Dharmada and Anna, you will be deepening your understanding of your own breathing patterns.
By learning to breathe more efficiently, you will find you have more energy and vitality. During a session, you are effectively giving yourself ‘an internal massage’. This will efficiently clearing toxins, stimulating the immune system and enabling the efficient exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the body. The conscious breath pattern also enables the clearing of old emotional memories that may have been in your body a long time, even from birth. Once a balance between your mind and body is achieved you may experience the opening or deepening of your spiritual awareness towards the end of the session.
